We're a few weeks into the new year, and you know what that means. Our resolutions are out the window. Gone. Zip. Na-da. It's so easy to make all those promises to yourself on New Year's Eve, isn't it? This year, I WILL run a half-marathon! I WILL clean out the old laundry cupboard! I WILL take better care of myself!
