In this day and age, people’s privacy is an issue. At Salts of the Earth we have developed protection around your personal information. Your admission forms, and membership forms will be scanned and uploaded to our software, where only you and our managers will have access.
Details such as bank accounts and Credit Card numbers will be detached from the document and handed back to you, or shredded before scanning and uploading to make sure your payment details cannot be viewed.
Once a member of our staff has entered your payment details into our Direct Debit system, the only numbers stored are the last four digits.
Salts of the Earth are partnered with EziDebit for our Direct Debit system, and customer’s funds are secured in the instance of unlawful entry.
