I cannot believe what has been experienced with the first use overnight of the Salt Pod. My dog has upper respiratory bronchial disease and over the last few months we have tried everything and I mean everything but nothing worked. He was getting worse and couldnt walk a few steps withoutwheezing and coughing and spluttering everywhere. We had our own health issues as well. The first use, our dog only coughed once overnight which was something else- in the morning he only coughed a couple of times- I woke up without the puffyness around my nose and eyes and my partner had a great sleep and got out of bed without pain and cleared sinuses!Unbelie vable, we have continued to progress throughout the day- my psorisis has shrunk considerably without ointment,I can breath and arthritis has eased- even if we thought this was mind over matter - our dog has more than convinced us- he will never be cured but the relief for him so far is unbelieveable- I will be informing our vet.We r Happy

After my 5 th session I am feeling fantastic, my cough, my wheezy chest and most of not being ble to breath are virtually non existent.
This is a fantastic way to relax for 45 mins a treatment - u have no choice it is a forced relax.
Tke the time out and try it. I will be recommending the Salt Room to everyone - come and see for yourself

I visited the Salt Room in Frankston today for the first time. I have chronic Rheumatoid Arthritis, Asthma and Bronchitis. After 1 session, I can take a full deep breath and feel it fill my lungs, speak a long conversation without getting breathless and my croaky voice is back to normal.
I can not sing the praises of this therapy enough, I am back Monday for my next session and I guarantee will be a regular visitor to the centre.
Thank you all for a wonderful experience of Wellness that I have not felt in months.

I became interested in Salt Therapy after I had seen it on A Current Affair and hearing David’s story about his father’s return to better health after using Salt Therapy. Although the Salt Therapy will never cure my disease it has brought some relief to me. After the first session I felt I could breathe more deeply and then after about 3 or 4 sessions I was able to move mucous from my chest, which is something that I couldn’t do previously. As a result I am removing mucous at least once a day and this is making breathing easier. I also have lots of scaly skin spots on my chest and I’ve noticed that these are slowly falling off as I continue with my therapy so it has a two fold use for me. Salt Therapy has reminded me of my upbringing, I recall my grandmother always treated any sores, sore throats, etc with salt water. We have come full circle!!
Good Luck.

Well what can I say? I noticed a difference after only 1 session! I was hospitalised a month ago with pneumonia, and I’m convinced that the salt therapy has improved the rate of my recovery. My breath is longer, I have more energy and my sleep quality has improved. I have bronchiectasis and asthma and I am positive that salt therapy is the single most beneficial therapy I have tried. I have had 6 sessions so far and I continue to improve....yippee!!

I have had COPD all my life due to contracting whooping cough as a new born baby. I take ventolin, spiriva and symbicort on a daily basis. Periodically I need to have a course of cortisone. I often have chest infections.

I have recently completed 12 sessions with Salts of the Earth and find my breathing has improved significantly - I don't need to inhale ventolin very often and my chronic cough has significantly improved. Also, I find I sleep more deeply at night. I can only recommend these treatments to others with breathing/lung problems.

Carol

PS. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful and I find the whole experience very calming.
