This is a fantastic way to relax for 45 mins a treatment - u have no choice it is a forced relax.
Tke the time out and try it. I will be recommending the Salt Room to everyone - come and see for yourself
I can not sing the praises of this therapy enough, I am back Monday for my next session and I guarantee will be a regular visitor to the centre.
Thank you all for a wonderful experience of Wellness that I have not felt in months.
I became interested in Salt Therapy after I had seen it on A Current Affair and hearing David’s story about his father’s return to better health after using Salt Therapy. Although the Salt Therapy will never cure my disease it has brought some relief to me. After the first session I felt I could breathe more deeply and then after about 3 or 4 sessions I was able to move mucous from my chest, which is something that I couldn’t do previously. As a result I am removing mucous at least once a day and this is making breathing easier. I also have lots of scaly skin spots on my chest and I’ve noticed that these are slowly falling off as I continue with my therapy so it has a two fold use for me. Salt Therapy has reminded me of my upbringing, I recall my grandmother always treated any sores, sore throats, etc with salt water. We have come full circle!!
Good Luck.
I have recently completed 12 sessions with Salts of the Earth and find my breathing has improved significantly - I don't need to inhale ventolin very often and my chronic cough has significantly improved. Also, I find I sleep more deeply at night. I can only recommend these treatments to others with breathing/lung problems.

PS. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful and I find the whole experience very calming.
